There are tough times all over the world and also in Estonia. There will be a cold and hard winter for many. At Fors MW we have jobs, we have nice incomes and most importantly we can keep our jobs. That security is for most worth quite a lot.

This year the management has decided that instead of expensive Christmas presents Fors MW will give a substantial sum to charity. This however does not mean that we will skip Christmas celebrations, on the contrary. Santa will come but bring smaller gifts and the traditional Christmas table in the workshop will take place but in times such as these we felt a need to give to those who have less.

We have now involved our staff in choosing the charity of their hearts. We would like them all to nominate a charity cause (in Estonia) that feels close to their hearts. It could be a children’s home, elderly care or something completely different. Just a few minutes after we realized the news to our staff today the nomination started to come in.

Out of all nominations the management put´s forward two options which the entire staff will vote between. The voting takes place in December. The charity cause chosen by the Fors MW´s staff is presented at the Christmas party.
