Hi,
My name is Rene Ers. I am 26 years old. I joined Fors MW at the end of last year. My position is as part of the purchase team. Before I came to Fors MW, I worked at Alteams Group which is an Estonian Logistic unit. I worked as a production foreman and half of the time with logistic support. At the same time I graduated as a Master in maritime engineering with the profession to work in port and shipping.
Estonia is maritime nation and my wish was to be a part of that, to be a person who have a better vision, how to use maritime nation potential. But as you all know, life gives a lot of surprises. Starting in Alteams Estonia and continuing at Fors MW I found myself interested and challenged by purchasing and I like what I learn.
In the future I see myself as a more experienced and competent purchaser. Fors MW has given me a lot of new knowledge and a ways to self improve over the last months. I can say that this is a better school than some universities.
When free from work I twice a week come together with our basketball team and train for the next Cultivator league „battle". I am not married.....yet...but thinking I might....it might be time to take the next step...
