AS FORS MW group are based upon our head quarter in Saue, Estonia, our Swedish aftermarket service Farma Norden AB and our Chinese sourcing office Fors MW/China. Most of the production and all assembly are focused to our production facility in Saue, 15 km from Tallinn in one of Estonia’s most expansive areas. The facilities are located close to Estonia’s most important harbor which enables swift and efficient transportation of ready machinery as well as the flow of the components for the machinery.
The Fors MW factory is specially designed for serial production in short series. Our production is based upon producing for stock not so common in our field of business where one usually produces against order. This provides us with huge benefits in times of extensive order inflow which enables us to provide the market with the shortest delivery times in the branch. Every year we manufacture thousands of ready machinery and parts for them in our Estonian based factory which makes us Northern Europe’s largest production industry.

In 2009, Fors MW bought the nearby building of 1500 square under roof with a surrounding area of 3,000 square. With the purchase the production facility in Saue linked to a structural unit. The new premises will house the design and development department.

The production facilities are 40 000m2 out of which 17 000m2 are under roof. In 2009, Fors MW invested heavily and an extension of 1700 square meters was built for the placement of newly purchased shoot blasting machine but also for container production, which will start up in 2010. The shoot blaster which is purchased in Finland is a machine for hanging goods, able to handle chassis in its full size. The facility are able to handle up to 50 000 years ton in three shifts. |

There is a continuous updating of the production facilities and new technology is constantly updating the production. Under 2007 a new paint shop was installed. The paint shop is designed to handle two times our annual production in 2007 and there are possibilities of expansion. |
